Charged with ensuring we are good stewards of our donations, this committee, led by Jack Baker, M.D., monitors our financial performance to ensure maximum return on investment.

Audit

David Cook, CPA, leads this committee dedicated to managing relationships with external and internal auditors.

Nominating

Led by William Gibson, Ph.D., this committee’s main task is attracting talent to the board of directors.
