2012 Miller International Travel Grant Awarded

The Children's Eye Foundation is pleased to announce that Dr. Ahmed Fahmi has been selected by the International Committee of AAPOS to receive the 2012 Miller International Travel Grant.

The Miller International Travel Grant was developed and funded by Dr. Marilyn Miller, as a result of her longstanding focus on international pediatric ophthalmology. It is Dr. Miller’s objective to increase the number of international pediatric ophthalmologists who attend the AAPOS annual meeting.

The Children's Eye Foundation is thankful to Dr. Fahmi for his dedication to children’s eye health in Sudan. We hope that AAPOS and the Children’s Eye Foundation can be a continuing professional resource for him and other international pediatric ophthalmologists.
